Dear Gerard, I was looking at your web-site and noticed the "satisfied customer section” Upon reading some of the articles I said to myself Hey.... I'm one of those very satisfied customers....

I purchased my 2002 Harley Road King several months ago; I knew that it was not going to stay stock for long....... I remember stopping in your store and going over my ideas and you spent almost 2 hours with me picking part numbers and directing me properly. The most impressive part was once I advised you of my special relationship with my local Harley Davidson dealer, you advised me to buy the parts there to obtain my discount and you would be happy to do the installations. What business in this day and age sends a customer to a competitor to buy parts? I told my friends about this and have told many people that no matter what RTC charges me to install these items I’m going there!!!!
